Rolls and batts: These flexible insulation products are constructed from mineral fibers including fiberglass and rock wool. Rolls and batts are perfectly suited for wall and attic spaces.
Loose-fill insulation: Loose fill is designed to go where other types of insulation can't. Irregular and hard-to-access spaces are great candidates for this material, which is made of loose fiberglass, rock wool and/or cellulose. Loose-fill insulation is typically blown in using a pneumatic device.
Rigid foam insulation: Though it is more expensive than other options, rigid foam offers greater insulating power than its counterparts. Rigid foam is perfect for exterior wall sheathing, basement walls sheathing and attic hatches.
