1-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream


  • 6 frozen banana
  • Optional toppings: Chopped walnuts or pecans, mixed berries


  1. Cut the bananas into 3 or 4 pieces.
  2. Put them in an airtight container and freeze overnight.
  3. Blend the bananas until you have a creamy banana ice cream.
  4. When it’s ready, eat immediately. If preferred, transfer it to an airtight containers and freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes or until it has the perfect consistency.
  6. Serve with nuts or berries.
