- 6 frozen banana
- Optional toppings: Chopped walnuts or pecans, mixed berries
- Cut the bananas into 3 or 4 pieces.
- Put them in an airtight container and freeze overnight.
- Blend the bananas until you have a creamy banana ice cream.
- When it’s ready, eat immediately. If preferred, transfer it to an airtight containers and freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
- Let stand at room temperature for at least 10 minutes or until it has the perfect consistency.
- Serve with nuts or berries.
